About Zen Collaboration

We design and deliver Cisco and Webex collaboration environments with the engineering depth to carry a project from its first requirements through production and handover.

We work as a delivery partner to systems integrators and directly with enterprise and public-sector teams. We bring architecture, implementation, automation, and documentation together — rather than treating each as a separate handoff.

01 / Experience

Our technical leadership

Our lead consultant, Zac Speck, brings Cisco UC experience dating to 2005 and CCIE Collaboration #24530, formerly CCIE Voice. We draw on that background to connect detailed platform engineering with the requirements of large, complex delivery programs.

Our experience spans government, finance, education, and commercial environments, including nine engagements through a delivery partner since 2016. We work across on-premises Cisco UC, hybrid collaboration, and Webex Calling Multi-Tenant and Dedicated Instance migrations.

02 / Delivery approach

How we work

    We establish the requirements

    We gather business and technical requirements, assess the existing environment, and develop the design, scope, and implementation plan before configuration begins.

  2. 02

    We engineer for repeatability

    We combine native platform tools with Python and Webex API workflows for provisioning, inventory reconciliation, and migration-data transformation. We use AI-assisted engineering and documentation with quality and auditability central to our approach.

  3. 03

    We validate before cutover

    We prepare test plans, sequenced cutover procedures, and backout plans. We make validation part of delivery, not a task left until the production change.

  4. 04

    We complete the handover

    We provide delivery documentation, admin and end-user training, knowledge transfer, and Day-1 and post-cutover support so the operational team can take ownership.

03 / Partnership

We work alongside your team

We support partner-led delivery from pre-sales scoping and level-of-effort estimates through designs, implementation, and customer sign-off. For direct engagements, we bring the same structured approach to enterprise and public-sector environments.
