We supported a global Cisco UCM migration spanning legacy PBX, IP telephony, and softphone environments, with regional infrastructure and coordinated site cutovers.
State government
We led migration architecture for approximately 26,000 users across all state agencies, delivered through 14 coordinated cutovers, with 30,000+ DIDs ported across multiple carriers.
Public-sector organization
We led migration architecture to rebuild a compromised, unrecoverable CUCM environment and move it to Webex Calling Multi-Tenant.

We led engineering for a Cisco UC upgrade, SIP gateway re-architecture, and RedSky E911 integration.
