Challenge

We supported a regional bank’s UC upgrade and emergency-calling modernization across CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and Cisco Emergency Responder.

Approach

We served as lead engineers, upgrading CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and Cisco Emergency Responder to the then-current release train. We re-architected SIP gateway configuration and integrated RedSky with CER and CUCM for E911.

Outcome

We delivered the UC platform upgrades, revised SIP gateway architecture, and RedSky E911 integration during the June–August 2024 engagement.
