01

Challenge

We worked with a public-sector organization whose on-premises CUCM, IM&P, CER, and Unity environment had been compromised and rendered unrecoverable. The latest Cisco Bulk Administration export was the only viable configuration data source after the incident.

02

Approach

We reconstructed configuration from the BAT export and stood up a parallel test system to validate the rebuild before touching production identities. We combined native Webex tooling with custom data-transformation scripts to import users and devices into Webex Calling Multi-Tenant, and integrated RedSky for nomadic E911.

Outcome

We rebuilt and migrated an environment covering 1,800 users with devices, 1,500 workspaces, 51 auto attendants, and 22 VG410/VG420 gateways. The delivered scope also included hunt groups, call queues, CUBE, SRST, and RedSky nomadic E911 integration.
