01
Challenge
We supported a large multinational corporation transitioning a mixed legacy PBX, IP-phone, and softphone estate toward a common Cisco UC architecture. The rollout required site-specific readiness checks, regional infrastructure, legacy coexistence, and coordination between remote engineers and local teams.
02
Approach
We worked within a joint delivery team whose documented scope covered site assessments, high- and low-level designs, configuration templates, and regional UC deployment. The planned platform included Cisco UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, voice gateways, and Cisco Emergency Responder. The delivery model called for regional pilots, approved change windows, acceptance testing, backout plans, and coordinated remote cutovers with local smart hands.

Outcome
We contributed UC engineering to this multinational migration. The supplied pre-read packet documents the rollout scope and planned handover: site acceptance testing, day-one support, knowledge transfer, and as-built documentation. It does not establish final completion totals or measured results, so we do not present those as confirmed outcomes.
